Rohit has over 3 decades of experience in different Industry Sectors including Industry Association. He has been associated with the Healthcare Industry for over 20 years and has been dealing with the Government of India and State Governments for nearly 30 years.
His last assignment was with Johnson and Johnson as Executive Director – Government Affairs and Policy where he managed all the three sectors – Consumer Healthcare, Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals along with the Manufacturing Facilities and Supply Chain (Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies).
Rohit has built a strong relationship and trust with the Central & State Governments. He has worked extensively with ministries and key departments like Health & Family Welfare, Pharmaceutical, Commerce & Industry, Science & Technology, Finance, Corporate Affairs, Environment, NITI Aayog, Prime Minister Office etc.
He has initiated several partnerships with the Centre and State which benefit the patients – Women Hygiene, Baby Kits, TB etc. and created Market Access, Government Business and strong relations for managing any regulatory issue at the State level.
He has represented in several industry associations – FICCI, CII, OPPI, AMCHAM, AdvaMed, USIBC, India Beauty and Hygiene Association (IBHA) and several other healthcare committees (medical devices, consumer healthcare, pharmaceuticals) for advocacy to develop a better healthcare ecosystem for business and patients.

He has proven himself as a top-notch medical professional & thought leader through his work in leading Indian and multinational healthcare Organizations like Johnson & Johnson India, Bayer Schering Pharma India, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd & Unichem Laboratories.
Dr. Anish Desai has therapeutic area expertise in Diabetes & Cardiometabolic; Oncology; Dermatology; Infectious disease; Women’s Healthcare; Bariatric & Metabolic Surgery; Orthopedics & Trauma; Wound Management; and minimally access surgery.
He has been a reputable member of revered Organizations such as American College of Clinical Pharmacology (USA); Royal Society of Medicine (Lon.); Society of Pharmaceutical Medicine (UK); Clinical Research Professionals (USA).

Dr. Vijay has over 37 years of Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals experience in new product development in the medical devices sector from concept to commercialization, quality assurance, consumer science, regulatory & medical affairs in companies like Abbott, Wyeth, May & Baker, Rhone Poulenc and Johnson & Johnson.
He was last associated with Johnson and Johnson as Director – Regulatory Affairs for External Growth & Innovation for Asia Pacific region.
He was attributed as Eminent Pharma Personality for distinguished contribution to Pharma and Cosmetics Industry in 2005 by Central India Pharmacy Promotion and Research Association (CIPPARA), Nagpur and Fellowship (FIPA) by Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA) in 2013.
Former President of the Indian Pharmaceutical Association, Maharashtra and Technical Committee Member of OPPI.
